LEED certification is recognized worldwide and signifies that the property will make efficient use of resources such as energy and water.

View Smart Windows use artificial intelligence to automatically adjust in response to the sun, increasing access to natural light and unobstructed views while eliminating the need for blinds and minimizing heat and glare. View Smart Windows improve occupant health and productivity, as well as reduce building energy usage.

Vaagen Timbers was honored to supply the sustainably sourced 5-story signature grand staircase that joins the two sides of the building together. The stairs are beautifully placed in a glass area to be enjoyed from inside and outside of the building, truly one of the many jewels of Parque Kirkland.
